As you arrive at the Lamplight Inn Bed and Breakfast, you will enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere. To help plan your days, our entrance is filled with information on the Saratoga Springs, Lake Luzerne and Lake George area, as well as upcoming events, plus suggested local restaurants.

The spacious "Great Room" and guest sitting room is comfortably decorated and divided into three sitting areas. One area holds the television, hidden away in a Queen Anne cabinet. The feather couch and fan chairs are perfect to cuddle up to watch TV, or read a book.

Another area holds an antique brocade sofa and wing chairs in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Antique lamps light the area. Sip a glass of wine from the Inn's wine list. Linda's collection of dolls and turtles are displayed in antique curio cabinets in all corners of the room.
The third section of the "Great Room" is used as a game room. Another wood-burning fireplace is in this area. Three tables are set up, one with a marble chess set from Vermont, and the other two tables are set up with "Deluxe Scrabble". There isn't a night that goes by when a match is not happening. An eight-foot mahogany bookcase is filled with books and games.

The Inn is wine and beer licensed. A small service bar is in the game room for the convenience of our guests. A Coffee and Tea station is set up for all day enjoyment. There is also a small gift shop off the sitting area filled with Lamplight memorabilia.

The spacious wrap-around porch is easily accessible by four eight-foot doors leading from the "Great Room". Rockers, wicker, small tables for two and, of course, a porch swing welcome the guests.

Watch the world go by, read, rock, or sip a glass of wine.
